Gary L. Veurink is an experienced attorney in Muskegon, Michigan. Gary has practiced law in Muskegon, Oceana, Newaygo, Kent and Ottawa County for over forty years. He works together with his clients in the areas of estate planning, divorce, adoption services, criminal defense, and other matters.
Gary attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan to earn his Bachelor of Arts (BA) before attending Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law, where he earned his Doctor of Law (JD) degree. After passing the state bar exam, Gary began his career as an associate attorney before opening his own practice in 1982.

Personal Injury
Gary represents individuals who suffer a personal injury as a result of a car accident or dog bite injury. Gary’s attorney fee to represent clients with a personal injury is on a contingent fee basis, which means there is no fee unless there is a successful recovery of damages from the person who caused the injury. If there is a successful recovery of damages, Gary will charge an agreed upon percentage not to exceed one third of any recovery.
Real Estate
Gary handles a wide variety of real estate matters, including preparing deeds and land contracts, attending real estate closings, boundary disputes, and suits to quiet title.
Social Security Disability
Gary represents individuals who are disabled in front of the social security judge. Gary will charge you no attorney fee unless you are successful and the judge awards you your social security disability check. The judge will approve Gary’s fee if you are successful.
