Gary’s attorney fee to represent clients with a personal injury is on a contingent fee basis, which means there is no fee unless there is a successful recovery of damages from the person who caused the injury. If there is a successful recovery of damages, Gary will charge an agreed upon percentage not to exceed one third of any recovery.
